Introduction, history of our Society, and lake level update (10 Norval)
Approval of agenda and last year’s minutes (5 Norval)
Progress on adding filtration to restore the stabilization system (10 Paul A.)
Brief Final report on the stream bed, settling pond projects (5 Craig M.)
Regional Sewage collection committee (10 R. Assinger/Glenn F.)
The potential for aquifer and other sources of water for stabilization (10 Lon K.)
Treasurers report and financial report approval (5 Doug B)
Membership and Communications report (10 Henry B/Jeremy C.)
Other reports if any
Presidents report including Alberta health on the safety of the beaches (10 Norval)
New business
Nomination and possibly election of officers and board for the coming year.
Motion to change signing officers
We will also appoint committees probably related to
- Charitable status
- Communication with the key ministers.
